Khalid Soudi is a Moroccan statistician and public-sector expert at the Haut Commissariat au Plan, where he serves as Director of the Observatory of Population Living Conditions. He has contributed to national and international discussions on poverty and development, including work on gender, vulnerability, and the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on women’s poverty in Morocco.
