Andriy Palka. With an extraordinary career spanning over two decades in banking, finance, and strategic leadership across Central Asia and Eastern Europe, Andriy Palka brings a wealth of experience and a global perspective.

Most recently, Andriy Palka served as Chair of the Management Board and CEO of Imon International in Tajikistan. He has worked closely with international shareholders and development finance institutions such as EBRD, FMO, Triple Jump, and MEDA, driving strategic growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Andriy Palka has built and led financial institutions from the ground up, managed complex M&A transactions, and guided organizations through periods of change and challenge. He has also held senior roles in Ukraine’s banking sector, including as Chairman of the Board at DVBank, where he oversaw exponential asset growth and led the bank to national recognition.
