Sarah Hugo is a Senior Strategic Learning and Knowledge Management Specialist at the Financing Facility for Remittances (FFR) at IFAD, where she leads the design and dissemination of strategic knowledge products and oversees learning from monitoring and evaluation across the Facility’s global portfolio. She brings over ten years of experience in remittances, financial inclusion, and diaspora investment, working with public and private sector partners. She holds a first-class degree in Economics and a Master’s in Economic Development.
